We hope you enjoy dining out with dot as much as we do, However, you may return dot within 30 days of purchase subject to the return policy described below.

Submit a return request form. If your request is approved, we will send you simple instructions to complete your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please be aware that there are no refunds after 30 days of purchase.

Refunds are based on the original purchase price and will be credited to your original form of payment. Do not send us your credit card information. We cannot refund shipping costs and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

If your package arrived damaged, please save item and all outer and inner packaging material. Taking one good photo showing both packaging and item(s) should be all we need to make things right. Upload photo in the “Reason For Return – Upload Photo” box before submitting your return.
