Shipping Policy
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
We make every effort to ship your order within 2-3 business days.
All orders are shipped from New Hampshire with the best rates available from USPS or UPS. Typical shipping times with carriers is 2-5 business days for the 48 contiguous states. Expect longer shipping times for Alaska and Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses.
We do not ship to PO boxes.
Note: We ship all orders with tracked shipping to ensure your order arrives. If your order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a claim needs to be submitted, it is the responsibility of the customer to submit that claim directly with the shipping carrier. Please use the tracking number provided to make a claim on the carrier’s website.
